From 05eed72b691cd06d90069c62a15c98d9ea9b7e3e Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Roxy-3D Date: Sat, 12 Oct 2019 17:36:43 -0500 Subject: [PATCH] Allow LCD Menu to adjust Junction Deviation lower Allow LCD Menu to adjust Junction Deviation lower than .01. Some machines currently have a JUNCTION_DEVIATION_MM value as low as .005 mm. In the case of non-Linear-Advance machines... The upper limit is raised to .5 mm. Probably more thought needs to be given to the Linear Advance case. It maybe it doesn't need a special case and should just use the same bounds as the non-Linear Advance case. --- Marlin/src/lcd/menu/menu_advanced.cpp | 4 ++-- 1 file changed, 2 insertions(+), 2 deletions(-) diff --git a/Marlin/src/lcd/menu/menu_advanced.cpp b/Marlin/src/lcd/menu/menu_advanced.cpp index 64c90923c..1680c69e4 100644 --- a/Marlin/src/lcd/menu/menu_advanced.cpp +++ b/Marlin/src/lcd/menu/menu_advanced.cpp @@ -527,9 +527,9 @@ void menu_backlash(); #if DISABLED(CLASSIC_JERK) #if ENABLED(LIN_ADVANCE) - EDIT_ITEM(float43, MSG_JUNCTION_DEVIATION, &planner.junction_deviation_mm, 0.01f, 0.3f, planner.recalculate_max_e_jerk); + EDIT_ITEM(float43, MSG_JUNCTION_DEVIATION, &planner.junction_deviation_mm, 0.0025f, 0.3f, planner.recalculate_max_e_jerk); #else - EDIT_ITEM(float43, MSG_JUNCTION_DEVIATION, &planner.junction_deviation_mm, 0.01f, 0.3f); + EDIT_ITEM(float43, MSG_JUNCTION_DEVIATION, &planner.junction_deviation_mm, 0.0025f, 0.5f); #endif #endif #if HAS_CLASSIC_JERK
