gralco 908229dbb3 Introduce temp watch protection for the bed 
When setting the bed temp via M140/M190 if the thermistor does not read an increase of WATCH_BED_TEMP_INCREASE degrees by WATCH_BED_TEMP_PERIOD seconds then it will throw "Error:Heating failed, system stopped! Heater_ID: bed" and call the kill() function.

Example Configuration for BQ Hephestos 2

This configuration file is based on the original configuration file shipped with the heavily modified Marlin fork by BQ. The original firmware and configuration file can be found at BQ Github repository.

NOTE: The look and feel of the Hephestos 2 while navigating the LCD menu will change by using the original Marlin firmware.
