Mingw cross compilation (#24)

* Fixed icon filename capitalization

* Created mingw cmake toolchain

* Adjusted CMakeLists.txt for compatibility

* Small mingwcc.cmake cleanup

* Added cross-compilation instructions to readme

* Update README.md
