Cage wayland kiosk packaged with wayvnc for use as a base image

Clone repo using `git clone --recurse-submodules https://git.snrd.eu/SunRed/cagevnc.git`

Build image using `docker build -t cagevnc:latest cagevnc` (CI is WIP)
